My name is Viknesh Nadaraja and here in this site, I humbly share my photography.
I had an accidental start to photography. While on a job assignment (non-photography) in Brazil, I took my simple Point&Shoot camera and captured images of Sorocaba, the city I was staying at. While at work, these images were my screen-saver and being in a big boardroom with colleagues from US, Asia, Brazil & Peru, they were interested in my photographs and asked me where I got the images downloaded from. I answered that the images were taken by me and they asked me what camera I had. I told them that it was a simple camera and all of them went on like … “No way dude… that is not from a simple camera”. I mentioned that I still have the images on my camera and they asked me to show the camera and when the camera LCD displayed the images, what was asked then was… “You must have uploaded the images from the internet into your camera”. Well this got me off and I was not able to, in any way possible, convince them that the images were taken by me.
Leaving Brazil, I took a few days break in New York and wanted to take good photographs there. While in a cruise covering Manhattan, I noticed that there was a guy who was shooting with a real big pro camera and lens. This was when I thought that if I had a good pro camera, the guys in Brazil would have believed me. The next few days in the Big Apple, I was really intrigued by the street photographers there. New York city has a very thriving culture on the art from of street photography and what I saw truly made an impression in me..
Coming back, I diluted my saving and got myself a good DSLR with a few lens and flash. I then poured hours and hours into a serious study of photography from books, the Internet and retrospection. Starting with general photography, I moved to street photography. Friends who liked at my photos asked me to shoot events and weddings ever since, I have been working on a growing number of projects.
Photographs are the only visual avenue I have in viewing my life and those wonderful moments in my life and I truly tresure them. As a husband and father now, I am take great pleasure on being able to capture the fleeting moments and this is a great joy.

Photographing events is a rewarding and challenging task.
The rewards are being able to capture moments, emotions and scenes that literally stop time and transcend physically for many many wonderful years ahead. As a photographer, one gets to participate in wonderful and joyous events and experience the energy of creativity and the joy of completion in delivering our products, the photographs. However, to make this work without fault, it takes a group of photographers and designers to mitigate the failure of any unforeseen risks that can and will endanger the creation of the photographs.
Here I present the wonderful individuals that I work with directly and indirectly in making event photography happen successfully.
Tirumaran – A young photographer with very special skills, he is a people oriented person. His ability to connect with people so easily, thanks to his boy next door looks, makes his photography unique and special.
The team is young but dynamic, full of energy and are individually professionals who have taken up photography as their passion. Passion is a strong force in human life and the team breathes passion into creating the moments that truly last as photograph.
